It struck me that we spend most of our time indoors at home. When Lauren was younger and Fidelia was still at university, I used to take her out for many walks, to admire nature, get some fresh air, and play.
Since Leah has been born, I haven't really taken her out like I did for Lauren. I felt bad. So I took them both out the other day.
We went for a run around on the field.
It's great to get out the house!

Duncan ! In KL, it seems the crime rates are so bad that 'that' may not be a good idea ! We are so frustrated !
